Farm telemetry

Pumps, tank levels, flows and alarms reported from the paddock over cellular, with commands coming back the same way. A Node UIO reads the site; a cellular HAT gets the data out.

How it works

From the terminal to the office

The Node UIO reads floats, pressure switches and run signals on its digital inputs, and level, pressure and flow transmitters on its 4-20 mA inputs. Pulse inputs count a flow meter.
Readings go out over MQTT and Sparkplug B on a CAT or LTE HAT, to your SCADA system or the ModBee Platform. Commands, setpoints and firmware updates come back the same way.
On spread-out sites, one node with a cellular HAT acts as the gateway and the others reach it over LoRa mesh, so only one SIM is needed.
