What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company and phone number if you give them, the topic and your message. When you email us, we keep what is needed to answer you.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, quote, supply products and support them. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Enquiries go into our own business system, which runs on a private server in Sydney, Australia, and is backed up to our own equipment in New Zealand.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. There is no analytics or advertising tracking.
Spam protection
The enquiry form and the email addresses use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is using them. Cloudflare receives technical details about your browser for that check only.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Use the enquiry form or email us.
